Children's Movement - South Africa

The Children's Resource Centre believes that children are potential agents for change.

Our mission is therefore:

• To assist children to organise themselves into a children's movement
• To create the conditions for the growth of a united national children's organisation and social movement for children of primary schoo-going age (7-14 years) in South Africa
• To support such a movement with training, equipment and in organising itself.

We want to build an organisation where children help build a better world for children.

To give substance to our vision, the Children's Resource Centre runs a variety of programmes, campaigns and projects. All of these empower children, encourage socialising and help to strengthen the work of the Children’s Movement.
